North Korea has reportedly revised its constitution to allow automatic nuclear retaliation if leader Kim Jong Un is kill_ed or incapacitated in a foreign att@ck.

According to reports, the updated law ensures immediate nuclear strikes if the country's command system is thre_atened, removing delays in decision-making. The move, adopted during a Supreme People's Assembly session, strengthens Pyongyang's deterrence policy but raises global concerns over increased escalation risks and reduced human control in crisis situations. Critics warn that such a system could heighten tensions and increase the chance of accidental nuclear conflict.
